Free Delivery for Minimum Order

Germany 7€ with tracking number - Free shipping from 150€
European Union: 10€ with tracking number - Free shipping from 200€

Non-EU: 15€ with tracking number - Free shipping from 300€

Import Tax and Customs Duty

We also would like to bring your attention that certain countries may impose import taxes, custom duties, and fees applicable to your order upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customers and are not included in the final payment at checkout.

We recommend consulting with your local customs office for detailed information regarding the potential fees before finalizing your purchase. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and accept any applicable import regulations.

However, for your convenience, we offer an optional Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Service to handle all associated import and customs duties on your behalf. This service ensures hassle-free shipping, allowing you to enjoy your purchase without any additional steps. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please contact us soon after completing your purchase. Please note that a separate invoice will be issued for this additional service.

Shipping carrier

We typically ship via DHL/UPS/DPD/FedEx and do not ship on German holidays.

Tracking & Insurance

Standard Delivery includes a Tracking Number and Insurance coverage to ensure the safe arrival of your items.

Expedite Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer free express delivery as a standard option. However, we will happily accommodate your request if you require express shipping. Please reach out to us prior to finalizing your order, and we will present you with the available expedited shipping options and their respective costs. Advance payment for expedited services will be required.

Shipping Time:

Listed here is the estimated shipping time as a reference:

  1. Domestic Shipping (Within Germany):

    • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

  2. International Shipping (Within EU and Non-EU Countries):

    • Standard Shipping: 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing times

    • Expedited Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

It is important to mention that opting for express delivery will incur an additional cost, which will be added to your Invoice. We will provide the exact details of the extra charges before proceeding with the shipment.

Important Notice

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM Berlin Time (CET Time) will be processed on the next business day.

  • All orders placed after 12 PM Berlin Time (CET Time) on Friday - will be processed on Monday or the next working day if Monday falls on a Public Holiday in Germany.

  • All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and any Public Holidays in Germany - will be processed on the next working day.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you, may vary.

  • If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Shipping of Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

For returns and refunds, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that personalized, engraved, or damaged creations cannot be returned. Upon receipt of your return, we will carry out a quality check. You will receive further information throughout the process, and you can expect to receive the amount within 14 days.

For exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for the item both ways, plus an added labour cost of 25€ will be incurred. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. If you are shipping an item over $75 USD (and/or 75€), you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the Goods or proof of return delivery receipt.
