Thank you so much for stopping by my website! I'm absolutely thrilled to have you here and I'd love to share a bit about myself.

My name is Rafika Shari’ah Mohd Hassan or just Rafika Hassan to make it short, and I live in Germany where I pour my heart into creating beautiful jewelry. I work with a variety of materials like beads, stones, and metals to design pieces that are truly special.

Believe it or not, I started my career in law (I graduated with an LL.B (Hons)) and practiced for several years. While I enjoyed aspects of the legal field, it wasn't my true calling. Deep down, I was always fascinated by Psychology and Astrophysics, but law was the path I took during an era when certain professions were held in high regard. Although I found some fulfillment in my legal work, I knew it wasn’t where my heart belonged.

In 2016, I first moved to Germany with my husband and felt completely lost. I had my degree and years of experience, but adapting to a new country with a different language and culture was a huge challenge. I even took language classes and did well, but never quite mastered it as fluently as I'd hoped.

To keep myself busy, I enrolled in fitness courses through a Distance-Learning program from a college in Berlin and became a qualified Fitness & Personal Trainer. I trained some clients as a freelancer, but something was still missing. I realized I wanted to work for myself and create something unique, bold, and beautiful – something that’s artistically crafted.

Then, my prayers were answered. During a trip to Sarawak, Malaysia in 2017, I met a native woman who was making stunning bead necklaces. This encounter sparked a passion for jewelry design in me and inspired a complete career change. That’s where my journey began!

I draw inspiration from architecture, geometric shapes, and nature. Currently, I'm working on projects involving stonework and metalwork, always eager to experiment and learn new techniques.

I'm quite introverted, and social gatherings can exhaust me, but I'm also good at mingling when needed. Some call me a Social Chameleon. Among close friends and family, I’m fun-loving, calm, pretty chill, and emotionally understanding. I'm perseverant, melancholic sometimes and adventurous, with a love for pop, reggae, rock and classical music, and when it comes to the movies, for me, any genre that focuses on action, thriller, and horror - is Big Yes!!! :)
